The Mobile Menopause Library and Training

I was inspired to start the business from personal experience alongside my background in Public Health, Safeguarding and Anti-bullying. I offer a variety of packages for workplaces including policy creation and review, standalone hire of my unique menopause library resource, staff awareness and manager training. Alongside this I also offer 121 menopause coaching- helping individuals through this life stage . I also create menopause wellness jars and cups- full of self care items, branded bookmark, and an affirmation card which I take to local wellness events
