What started as a small side hustle back in 2020 - originally known as LK Personalised Designs - has grown into the creative business you see today. When I took the leap to go self-employed (and around the same time as planning my wedding!), it felt like the perfect moment for a rebrand. And so, LB Designs was born.

Before launching LB Designs, I spent almost a decade as a Customer Service Manager before moving into the Recruitment sector, where I put my people and organisational skills to work in a new way. Those years taught me so much about customer relations, sales, profit and loss, and problem-solving, all of which have become invaluable in running my own business today. My background means I understand the importance of great communication, attention to detail and going the extra mile for every client.
