Coreflex offers a unique and non-traditional fitness class combining the most beneficial parts of Yoga and Pilates into one active and fun class. Suitable of men and women of all ages and fitness levels - you don’t need to be fit or flexible: you only need the drive to improve. Classes cost £8 for 1 hour with no upfront commitment. We hold classes Sunday mornings and Monday to Thursday evenings in various locations around Westhoughton, Aspull and Horwich (Thursday at 8:10pm in Horwich is a men’s only class).
